JinkoSolar Opens Canadian Office to Support Global Expansion Vertically integrated module manufacturer enters local manufacturing partnership with Ontario’s Heliene Inc. SHANGHAI and ONTARIO, February 29, 2012- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (“JinkoSolar” or the  “Company") (NYSE: JKS), a fast-growing, vertically integrated solar power product manufacturer based in China, deepened its commitment to the North American market today with the opening of its newest office in Ontario, Canada. The Company also announced cooperation with local manufacturer,Heliene Inc. to produce Jinko modules in Ontario, satisfying Canada’s local content manufacturing requirement and ensuring a shorter time-to-market for its products. The newly opened bureau will serve as a convenient, centralized sales and delivery hub for JinkoSolar customers in the region. “Being able to expand our services in a region as competitive as Canada is a definite advantage for us.
