Shanghai, June 14, 2017 -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE:JKS), a global leader in the photovoltaic (“PV”) industry, today announced that they have already delivered 214kw of high-efficiency PV modules to Morgenster Olive & Wine Estate in South Africa, empowering its sustainable farming. Morgenster Wine & Olive Estate, located at the gateway to the Western Cape wine-growing region, is a thriving olive and wine farm dating back to 1711, and produces internationally acclaimed Bordeaux-style wines and extra virgin olive oil of astounding quality.  The winery, olive mill and tasting room facilities are solar powered. The sun provides approximately two thirds of the required electrical power to run pumps, olive press, and cooling units to keep the wine cellar. “Our goal is to preserve the essence of the fruit that goes into our wines and extra virgin olive oils. We aim to manage our business and our agricultural techniques in a way that maintains these great resources of our property,” said Corius Visser, Manager of Morgenster Wine & Olive Estate. “We have always been attaching great importance to South African market.” commented Gulnara Abdullina, JinkoSolar's General Manager of Middle East Asia and Africa, “We are pleased to supply historic Morgenster Wine & Olive Estate with our high-efficiency PV modules.
