This marks the 31st time JinkoSolar has broken a world record for cell efficiency and module power.
This record-breaking achievement results from JinkoSolar's forward-looking investments and persistent refinement of fundamental TOPCon technologies. The new cell structure incorporates an advanced passivated contact technology that enables comprehensive surface passivation through optimized materials and processes, effectively mitigating carrier recombination losses. Additionally, an ultra-low parasitic absorption design enhances light utilization, while innovative metallization techniques with refined electrode patterns significantly improve the collection of photogenerated carriers.
The systematic integration of this series of technological breakthroughs has collectively propelled the cell conversion efficiency to the new height of 27.79%.
