November 20, 2025 – JinkoSolar, the global leading PV and ESS supplier, successfully hosted "Defining New Market Benchmarks – Tiger Neo 3 Mass Production and Global Order Conference," bringing together industry experts, key enterprise representatives, global partners, and media to witness the milestone mass production of the Tiger Neo 3 series. The event culminated in 15GW of signed orders, providing strong momentum for the large-scale adoption of new N-type TOPCon technology and the high-quality development of the global PV industry.

In his opening address, Aaron Chen, CEO of JinkoSolar, highlighted that the mass production of Tiger Neo 3 demonstrates JinkoSolar's strategic response to industry standardization through technological advancement. "Amid growing market homogeneity, we maintain that sustainable competitiveness stems from continuous innovation rather than price competition alone," he affirmed. "Achieving mass production efficiency over 24.8% with 670W power output, Tiger Neo 3 embodies not merely technical enhancements but our steadfast commitment to delivering superior product performance and reliability, thereby accelerating the global transition to clean energy."

In her address, Dany Qian, Vice President of JinkoSolar, stated that Tiger Neo 3.0 has demonstrated expected performance across all key metrics following nearly a year of large-scale outdoor testing since its early-2025 launch. She highlighted the product's three core advantages - high power output, superior bifaciality, and excellent low-light performance - making it one of the most competitive offerings in the 2382mm format. As JinkoSolar approaches its 20th anniversary in 2026, Dany noted that JinkoSolar has not only witnessed but actively driven industry advancement, having achieved the leading position in global module shipments six times. She reaffirmed JinkoSolar's commitment to its "pioneering R&D, mass production, and market leadership" strategy to deliver higher-value solutions to partners worldwide.

Four Breakthroughs and Six Advantages Redefining PV Benchmarks

JinkoSolar's technical team detailed Tiger Neo 3's capabilities across four dimensions: technological breakthroughs, performance advantages, credentials, and scenario validation.

The module achieves performance leap through four core technologies: multi-busbar optimization reducing current transmission losses, edge passivation and enhanced metallization each contributing 0.5% efficiency gain, and patterned enhancement technology minimizing contact resistance and parasitic absorption.

Tiger Neo 3 demonstrates six core advantages: front-side power of 650-670W, bifaciality rate up to 85±5%, linear degradation of only -0.35%, temperature coefficient as low as -0.26%/℃, excellent shading and hot spot resistance, and maintains 95%-98% relative power output under 200W/㎡ low irradiance conditions.

JinkoSolar's technological strength is validated by over 5,500 patent applications and more than 3,100 authorized patents worldwide, making it one of the industry leaders in IP. It has broken world records for cell efficiency and module power 31 times, with its N-type TOPCon-perovskite tandem cell reaching 34.22%, laying a solid foundation for Tiger Neo 3's high performance.

Tiger Neo 3 Enters Mass Production, Kickstarting New Era of PV Efficiency

Amidst all attendees, Tiger Neo 3 was officially announced to have entered mass production, marking the transition of this technologically advanced PV product to large-scale manufacturing and its subsequent global market launch.

During the signing ceremony, JinkoSolar secured 15GW in orders with partners including China Energy Engineering Group, Australia's GoSolar, Pakistan's Mesol Solar, Japan's DMM Group, and major Chinese distributors. This achievement not only demonstrates strong industry recognition of Tiger Neo 3's capabilities, but also reflects robust global demand for high-efficiency PV products. The agreements cover diverse applications from utility-scale plants to distributed generation projects. The company confirmed it would leverage its global production footprint, including the Haining base, stable supply chain, and technical service network to ensure timely delivery and support partners in capturing new energy opportunities.

Concurrently, JinkoSolar launched the "Tiger Neo 3 Global Outdoor Testing Partnership" with four authoritative institutions - CGC, TÜV NORD, TÜV Rheinland, and SGS. These organizations will conduct systematic testing on energy yield stability, durability, and safety reliability, with periodic data releases to provide credible references for global customers selecting high-efficiency PV products.

Empowering Industries: Charting Future Pathways through Expert Insights

At parallel industry sessions, experts shared perspectives on technology and market development. JinkoSolar R&D Vice President Dr. Xinyu Zhang presented on "N-type Technology Evolution and Upgrade Trends," noting the company's 31 world records in N-type TOPCon technology, with cell conversion efficiency reaching 27.02% and perovskite/TOPCon tandem cells achieving 34.22%. "We continue to push TOPCon efficiency limits while actively developing next-generation technologies like perovskite tandem cells," he stated.

Senior Engineer Jinxia Zhang, China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute (EPPEI), discussed opportunities and challenges during China's 15th Five-Year Plan period, highlighting three trends: diversified technology pathways, balanced supply-demand relationships, and varied application models.

Shujuan Wwang, Founder of Zhihui PV, shared insights on distributed PV and storage market trends, noting that policy developments are driving comprehensive market-oriented trading of renewable energy, where "PV + storage" models, direct green power procurement, and integrated systems will become mainstream.

The conference featured two panel discussions that resonated strongly with attendees. The first, "Comprehensive Energy Yield: New Value Proposition for Medium and Large-scale Power Plants," explored efficiency improvements, cost control, and energy yield optimization. The second, "Low-Light Performance: Distributed PV's Path from Energy Yield to Value Creation," addressed market challenges and solutions, emphasizing the crucial role of low-light performance in enhancing distributed project ROI.

The successful mass production and global ordering of Tiger Neo 3 not only demonstrates JinkoSolar's leadership in N-type TOPCon technology but also reinforces the global PV industry's commitment to efficient, economical, and sustainable development. JinkoSolar will continue to drive innovation, supported by large-scale production capacity and high-quality services, empowering the global energy transition through high-efficiency products like Tiger Neo 3.
