JinkoSolar, the global leading PV and ESS supplier, today announced that since its launch on November 20, 2025, the Tiger Neo 3.0 module has surpassed 30 GW in cumulative global orders within just 10 months, making it one of the top selling panels model to date.

Orders are the most direct testament to a product’s value: Tiger Neo 3.0 has secured multiple GW-scale orders in the Middle East, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, Latin America, and the domestic market, demonstrating the market’s strong confidence in JinkoSolar’s N-type technology.

With the product at its core, Tiger Neo 3.0 delivers three key areas of certainty to customers.

First is tangible economic value. Under identical installation conditions, the Tiger Neo 3.0 generally achieves a 1.5%–2.5% increase in power generation per watt compared to BC modules. Taking a 10 MW distributed project in Shandong as an example, power generation during morning and evening hours is 2.7% higher than that of BC modules; combined with local time-of-use electricity rates, this can save over 200,000 yuan in annual electricity costs. Powered by a 27% next-generation TOPCon cell and 670W high power output, the Tiger Neo 3.0 can increase installed capacity by approximately 8%–10% on the same land area while significantly reducing BOS costs; according to official estimates, its levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) can be reduced by more than 6% compared to BC technology. As project owners shift their focus from “comparing prices per watt” to “comparing power output per unit area, system costs, and full life-cycle returns,” the Tiger Neo 3.0 stands to benefit directly from this reassessment of value.

Second is the reliability of power generation across all scenarios. The Tiger Neo 3.0 features a bifaciality ratio as high as 85% ± 5%, combined with a temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C, which continuously amplifies rear-side power generation in high-temperature, high-humidity environments and on highly reflective surfaces; it can maintain a relative power output of 95%–98% even under low irradiance of 200 W/m², and operates stably without shutdown in conditions where eaves, mountains, and arrays cast shadows on one another. Field tests conducted by CGC in Sanya, Hainan, showed that in a grassy ground scenario, the Tiger Neo 3.0  achieved a cumulative gain of 2.38% per watt compared to N-type BC modules of the same power rating, with a peak gain of 5.34% during the 7:00–8:00 time slot. From Ningxia to Sanya, and from Yantai to Jixi, third-party field tests in multiple locations have confirmed its stable, positive gain compared to BC modules, demonstrating that its power generation performance is not limited by specific scenarios.

Third, its rarity in exceeding Class 1 energy efficiency standards. The mandatory national standard GB 47834-2026 sets the threshold for Class 1 energy efficiency at an efficiency of ≥24.0% and a bifaciality ratio of ≥75%. With an efficiency of 24.8% and a bifaciality ratio of 85% ± 5%, the Tiger Neo 3.0  comprehensively surpasses these requirements and was the first to pass CPVT Class 1 energy efficiency compliance verification. Equipped with high-efficiency passivated contact technology, it features first-year degradation of less than 1% and annual linear degradation of just 0.35%. Combined with a 30-year power output warranty, this ensures certainty for the power plant’s full lifecycle returns. As 650W+ modules transition from a “premium option” to a mandatory market entry requirement, Tier 1 energy efficiency production capacity has become a scarce resource, and the Tiger Neo 3.0 has secured the first-mover advantage in this round of value competition.

At this inflection point where the industry is shifting from a race for scale to a race for value, JinkoSolar will continue to uphold its vision of “Transforming the Energy Structure, Innovating for a Smart Future.” Driven by N-type technology innovation, we will continue to deepen our expertise in core PV technologies and accelerate the integration of PV across multiple scenarios. Through continuous innovation and the creation of tangible value, we will work hand in hand with our global customers to transform every ray of light into real, measurable returns.
